Another Path Launches

Another Path is now live, a career change and personal rebranding consultancy built to help professionals rethink their direction, reposition their professional identity and move forward with greater clarity, confidence and credibility. Bringing together lived experience, specialist coaching and strategic brand expertise, the platform has been created for people navigating career pivots, reinvention, redundancy, burnout, sector shifts, leadership transitions and the growing reality that careers no longer follow one predictable path.

After months of building, shaping and refining the platform, we’re excited to officially launch Another Path. This has been created from a very real understanding that career change is rarely just about changing jobs. More often, it is about identity, confidence, language, positioning and learning how to make your experience feel coherent in a new context. It is about understanding what has stayed the same beneath different roles, what strengths consistently travel with you, and how to make your next move feel like a natural continuation of the work you already do well.

Another Path brings together several layers of support to help people navigate that process. Through one-to-one career strategy sessions and structured career change coaching, professionals can create space to step back, make sense of what is no longer working and build clarity around what comes next. Alongside that, the personal rebranding work focuses on helping people articulate their value, reposition their experience and create a professional identity that feels aligned with the direction they want to move towards. For many, that combination of internal clarity and outward repositioning is what turns uncertainty into momentum.

Alongside the consultancy itself, Another Path is also being built as a wider platform for career change. The stories, resources and insight sections bring together lived experience case studies, practical career guidance, tools for CVs, LinkedIn and storytelling, and honest reflections on the realities of reinvention. The goal is to create a space that feels useful whether someone is actively making a move right now or simply beginning to question whether their current path still fits.

This launch is also rooted in lived experience. Founder Edwin Buckley’s own career has moved from television production into recruitment, communications and PR, entrepreneurship, talent management and career coaching. That experience sits at the heart of this platform, alongside years of work in personal branding, thought leadership, executive profiling and talent positioning, helping both organisations and individuals understand how opportunities are created, how people are perceived and how careers can be strategically repositioned.

What excites us most is the wider conversation this opens up. Careers are changing.
