Another Path is a career change and personal rebranding consultancy built to support professionals navigating reinvention, transition and professional repositioning. As careers become less linear and more people rethink what work looks like, the need for clear, practical support has never been greater.

Across the UK, more than 7 million people started a new job in 2025, reflecting just how common career movement has become. Yet while career change is increasingly normal, it can still feel highly personal, uncertain and difficult when you are the one living through it. Another Path was created to meet that moment with coaching expertise, strategic support and practical tools that help people move forward with greater confidence and credibility.
Meet Edwin Buckley​​
Founded by Edwin Buckley, Another Path is shaped by a career journey that has moved from television production into recruitment, communications and PR, entrepreneurship, talent management and career coaching. Having built experience across multiple industries and sectors, Edwin understands first-hand what it means to rethink identity, translate experience into new contexts and build momentum through uncertain career transitions.

That lived experience is strengthened by formal coaching training through the CCS Career Coach Training Programme, an Association for Coaching accredited programme, alongside Edwin’s membership of the Career Development Institute, and deep expertise in personal branding, professional positioning, talent development, executive profiling, recruitment, and bringing people and opportunities in the market.

The result is a coaching and consultancy approach that helps people create clarity around what comes next, while also translating that thinking into credible action. From structured coaching sessions, career option mapping and building roadmaps for change, to strengthening CVs, LinkedIn profiles, personal brands and professional positioning, the focus is on helping career change feel practical, strategic and genuinely achievable.
